1. Services Provided

Wellspring Tree Care provides professional tree services, including but not limited to tree removal, tree trimming and pruning, stump grinding, land and lot clearing, tree health and disease treatment, and 24/7 emergency storm response. All services are performed by or under the supervision of an ISA Certified Arborist.

2. Estimates and Quotes

• All estimates provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

• Estimates are based on a visual inspection. If unforeseen conditions arise (for example, underground utilities not marked, hidden structural instability, or hazards discovered during the work), we reserve the right to adjust the quote with your approval before continuing.

3. Performance of Work

• Access: The customer authorizes Wellspring Tree Care to enter the property to perform the agreed-upon work.

• Safety: For the safety of our crew and your family, please keep children and pets away from the work zone while equipment is in operation.

• Utilities: While we take every precaution, Wellspring Tree Care is not responsible for damage to unmarked underground lines (sprinkler systems, invisible pet fences, low-voltage landscape lighting, etc.).

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

We strive to meet all scheduled dates; however, tree work is highly weather-dependent. We reserve the right to reschedule due to rain, high winds, lightning, or other safety concerns. Cancellations by the customer must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless prior arrangements have been made in writing. We accept multiple payment methods. Late payments may be subject to a fee.

6. Insurance and Liability

Wellspring Tree Care is fully licensed and insured for the protection of our clients and our employees. We follow industry-standard safety protocols to minimize risk to your property.

7. Communications and Consent

By providing your contact information through our website, you agree to be contacted by Wellspring Tree Care regarding your inquiry or service request. This may include phone calls, emails, and — if you have opted in by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form — text messages. Message Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the services scheduled.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.

How to Opt Out. You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After replying STOP, you will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
