1. Services Provided

Wellspring Tree Care provides professional tree services, including but not limited to tree removal, trimming, stump grinding, and emergency storm care. All services are performed by or under the supervision of an ISA Certified Arborist.

2. Estimates and Quotes

• All estimates provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

• Estimates are based on a visual inspection. If unforeseen conditions arise (e.g., underground utilities not marked, structural instability), we reserve the right to adjust the quote with your approval.

3. Performance of Work

• Access: The customer authorizes Wellspring Tree Care to enter the property to perform work.

• Safety: For the safety of our crew and your family, please keep children and pets away from the work zone while equipment is in operation.

• Utilities: While we take every precaution, Wellspring Tree Care is not responsible for damage to unmarked underground lines (sprinklers, invisible fences, etc.).

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

We strive to meet all scheduled dates; however, tree work is highly weather-dependent. We reserve the right to reschedule due to rain, high winds, or other safety concerns. Cancellations by the customer must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept different payment methods. Late payments may be subject to a fee.

6. Insurance and Liability

Wellspring Tree Care is fully licensed and insured for the protection of our clients and our employees. We follow industry-standard safety protocols to minimize risk to your property.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
